The MTF system includes a family of absolute filter and laminar flow diffusion units, with their own fan, which are different for each setting, and used to prepare controlled contamination or sterile zones and rooms, classifiable according to ISO 14644 and GMP standards.

 

 

The MTF units are suitable for use singularly to create small protected areas, or for decontaminated zones around operating machinery, or in series to create continuous ceilings, thus perfectly expressing the modular concept. The families all have their own specifically designed motor unit, with centrifugal impeller with backward-curved blades made of aluminium, lightweight, silent and very high performing, to ensure the lowest possible power output, available in 2 basic rotations for installation suited to any setting.

The project includes the construction shape, material, filtering equipment and rotation level, and provides:
• Body in ABS, PE45 aluminium alloy or AISI 304 stainless steel
• PE45 or AISI 304 diffuser
• Centrifugal motor with size between 0.1 to 0.25 kW

The DPC 32SP system is formed of proportionally driven vector inverters and dynamic pressure probes on board each MTF unit, with a central operator panel and network link using MODBUS protocol. This enables controlling the performances, which are set singularly and may be different from each other, for up to a maximum of 32 units. The MTF unit power voltage ranges from 380V 3F 50HZ to 240V 1F 50HZ.
For series of up to 10 MTF units, with limited development of the distribution circuit, there is the IRM Ni… 10 control system with proportionally driven central vector inverter, equipped with waveform filters, dynamic pressure probe on board the sample units, and remote keyboard on the control panel.
To control the single MTF unit there is the IA control system with proportionally driven vector inverter, dynamic pressure probe on the unit and remote keyboard on the control panel. The MTF unit power voltage ranges from 380V 3F 50HZ to 240V 1F 50HZ
