Flexwalls in kit form
Mitec's new solution, Flexwalls Cleanroom Kit, is a further evolution of the containment structures for controlled contamination systems, aimed at facilitating assembly on site without the use of special equipment or specialised personnel and making installation possible even in rooms that are not particularly accessible for traditional structures.
The proposed system allows disassembly, reassembly, expansion, reconfiguration and upgrading of the air treatment, further enhancing the characteristics of modularity and flexibility of MITEC production.
Flexwalls Clenanroom Kit is based on the composition of equal portions to be joined together on site until the dimensions of the desired confined volume are reached.

Modular supporting structure made of technological profiles joined together by concealed bolting, colour RAL9010
Transparent flexible wall module in conductive / dissipative plastic material
Rigid, blind wall module with pre-painted metal faces, colour RAL9010, for supporting furniture, equipment or cooling/heating appliances; on request the module can be used throughout the room with the use of porthole modules for natural lighting
Ceiling module with pre-painted metal panel to be placed on supporting structure, colour RAL9002/9010
Door module consisting of an anodised aluminium frame with full-view laminated safety glass or transparent methacrylate infill, prepared for insertion on wall module, can be equipped with interlocking accessories
Self-ventilating module MTF 4824 AUT, in the size of the ceiling module, in the number required to guarantee the required contamination class
Lighting module consisting of an IP54 surface-mounted luminaire on the inside of the room, using LED technology, with the dimensions of the ceiling module
Optional air-conditioning module, consisting of one or more MAE10 direct expansion packaged units and accessories for air distribution and recovery, perfectly integrated into the structure
Pre-wired electrical system with quick plugs including electrical control panel and control via MODBUS protocol
Offering a remarkable overall aesthetic effect, given by the technological design, with an enviable brightness that reduces the isolation factor of the operators, guaranteeing finishes and performance for the most demanding sectors, Flexwall Cleanroom Kit can also be an effective and very convenient solution to meet the demand for controlled contamination systems for activities that are not traditionally used because they can be realised in a shorter time with less demanding costs and maximum system flexibility.

Flexwalls Cleanroom Kit can be equipped with external appendages or internal partitions to configure SAS rooms, material passes, etc.

Flexwalls Cleanroom Kit can be set up as softwalls with flexible panels or hardwalls with rigid composite panels.

For functional management Flexwalls Cleanroom Kit uses simplified instrumentation in the basic versions up to sophisticated PLCs for the full optionals versions;
It allows the precision control of microclimatic conditions, including relative humidity, all year round;
All the typical functional parameters of a cleanroom, such as Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Relative Humidity, Filter Wear, can be monitored, controlled and remoteised.
