Cleanrooms or Contamination Controlled Systems with rigid containment structure.

This type of Cleanroom is suitable, due to the configuration and quality of the components, for multiple uses up to class IS4 according to ISO 14644-1 and according to GMP. The system concept has been superseded, although it is still possible, within the limits of the product, to produce customised products, in the form of an economically much more advantageous "KIT-MACHINE", where all the components are integrated and divided into modules that can be easily assembled even by personnel other than the manufacturer.

Modularity of the ventilation and filtration system

Control and distribution with power modules on board in one or more panels, and connection cables with multiple plugs for simplified installation.
The panel includes aeraulic system ignition and lighting, operator panel for automatic flow rate control in supply and extraction, T, Ur, filter section clogging alarm lights, motor thermal lock. Panel protection IP44, on request IP54

Electrical equipment for modular systems

The DPC 32 SP1/N system allows precise control of the flow rate of each unit, up to 32 units, with different individual settings or the entire homogeneous group.
The system consists of a vector inverter with proportional control on board each unit, a dynamic pressure probe always on board each unit (SPN) or a pilot (SP1), a central operator panel and network connections with MODBUS protocol.
The supply voltage of the units is changed from 380V 3F 50HZ to 240V 1F 50HZ.
The IRM N1-10 can control up to 10 units.
It consists of a central vector inverter with proportional drive, waveform filters, a dynamic pressure probe on a pilot unit, a remote programming keypad and electrical connections.
The supply voltage of the units remains at 380V 3F 50HZ.
The IA system, for a single unit, consists of a vector inverter with proportional drive and dynamic pressure probe on board and remote programming keyboard from the panel. MTF unit supply voltage goes from 380V 3F 50HZ to 240V 1F 50HZ

Modularity of air conditioning units

Autonomous air treatment units for cooling, heating, dehumidification and humidification MAMC installed close to the walls, external side of the cleanroom.
Made with autonomous indoor and outdoor monobloc air conditioners, direct expansion, with air condensation where the hermetic SCROLL compressor, the cooling coil, the electric heating coil, the condensation coil and the ventilation equipment are housed together in the same cabinet body.
Each unit, equipped with its own power and control panel, can regulate the cooling power, temperature and maximum relative humidity in proportion to the demand, and is factory tested and delivered ready for use. It is possible to treat a preset quantity, max 30%, of fresh and pressurised external air by acting on the specific damper positioned in the intake section.
The minimum humidity, where required, is maintained by an independent isothermal steam generator of the immersed electrode type with proportional control.

Doors

Hinged access doors with anodised aluminium frame with seamless joint profile with the wall panel and full-light safety glass infill; manually sliding door versions available, holes prepared at the factory in the panel.

Windows

Double-glazed structure with safety glass; installation by means of tongue-and-groove joints on factory-prepared guides on hole.
Hole dimensions 1000 x h1000/1400 mm

Illumination

Fluorescent recessed lighting with electronic ballast, for use in the clenroom, IP54; factory pre-drilled holes in false ceiling; emergency light versions available. Dimensions: 600×600 mm 3x55W and 600×1200 mm 2x54W

PVC sanitary profile R=65 mm on all corner joints

Flooring

• cladding with antistatic, self-adhesive PVC panel
• floating pedestrian floor, height 200 mm, perforated for ISO5 laminar flow classes and better

Structure modularity

Vertical wall panels forming perfectly coplanar surfaces with optimised pitch to achieve the required size, with a standard thickness of 50mm, composite, with a class 1 fire reaction polyurethane core and available in two types:
• STANDARD with faces in pre-painted sheet iron, colour RAL 9010 or in AISI 304, with concealed quick-release coupling system
• PHARMA with 2.5 mm thick plastic laminate faces, in WHITE or WHITE-GREY, with internal metal stiffening frame and connection system with tongue and groove joint.

False ceiling with panels similar to the vertical ones and double false ceiling for ISO5 laminar flow classes and better; thickness depending on the spans.
