LEAVES AUT is an absolute filtration and diffusion unit, equipped with its own fan, different per set-up, dedicated to the preparation of controlled contamination or sterile zones and environments, classifiable according to ISO 14644 and GMP. It can also be used in clinics, dental surgeries, patient rooms, waiting rooms, professional offices, and classrooms. The LEAVES AUT unit is suitable either for single use to create small protected areas or decontaminated volumes around operating machines, or in numerous units to form a system, perfectly interpreting the concept of modularity. The body is made of press-bent metal panels with anodised aluminium body The LEAVES AUT unit’s drive unit is specially designed, made with an extremely light, quiet and highly efficient aluminium backward-bladed centrifugal impeller to ensure the lowest power input. The rotation speed of the thruster is controlled by an inverter that can be adjusted manually via a special keyboard operator interface with display or, in multi-module systems, automatically with MOD BUS networking and remote interconnection according to INDUSTRIA 4.0 requirements. Filtration is two-stage, consisting of a prefilter at the air inlet and a HEPA H14 terminal filter certified to EN1822. The diffusion is realised with a diffuser with calibrated perforation for a differentiated horizontal throw, i.e. able to reach points up to 3 m away with a residual velocity of 0.25 m/s but also points close to the equipment so as to have the best influence in the treated operating volume. The unit can be equipped with a UVC sanitisation system to treat environments where not only particle contamination but also microbiological contamination must be controlled.
